Dr. Ishan Shivanand is a globally recognised authority on stress physiology and community-based mental health. As the founder of Shiv Yog, he leads one of the world's largest community wellness networks, with millions of practitioners across over 40 countries.
His work bridges ancient contemplative practice with modern clinical research, and his conviction that the mental health crisis demands a coordinated, cross-sector response led to the creation of Compassion Unites.
